FemaleLabrador Retriever /Pit Bull Terrier

Ellie is an 12 month old puppy that weighs about 50 lbs. Ellie needs someone to pet her all day. She sits and gives paws for pets. She can be a little vocal. She is a sweet girl though and does give lots and lots of kisses. She loves to play, play, play. She does try to boss the other puppies around. She is shy and timid at first, but being a puppy will adjust well in a new home. She may even do better away from her litter mates. Ellie is fully vetted, spayed, Microchipped, and all vaccinations. She doing very well with potty training, but will do better when someone can spend more time with her. Her adoption donation is $225. NO ELECTRIC FENCES! MUST BE AN INDOOR COMPANION! Fenced yard is required.

Peanuts Small Dog Rescue

Shelter Description

I have been doing rescue work for many years and all pets that are up for adoption are fully vetted prior to adoption. If you are interested in a puppy that has not been spayed yet, a deposit can be made to hold that pup if your application has been approved.

Shelter Driving Directions

I currently do not hold any adoption events, but if you live in the same state where the dog is being fostered, arrangements can be made.

Areas Served

Peanuts Small Dog Rescue is a small rescue that rescues dogs all over the nation. I do adopt out-of-state with approved application and home visit.

My rescue is located in IL, but the dogs are located in TX, therefore I have a TX address listed.

I am currently looking for foster homes in all states.

Adoption Instructions

When filling out an application, the potential adopter will be required to fill out an application that will include; a reference check vet check to make sure all other pets in the home are spayed or neutered and up-to-date on their vaccinations. Fees are listed. I do have a senior-to-senior program where my senior dogs, if adopted by a senior of 55+, are adopted at a lower rate to put my senior dogs in a more calm environment. Please ask me about it.
