Things we’ve noticed about her  Mostly housebroken, but is very quiet about telling you she needs to go outside, so if you miss it, she might go potty inside (but she knows she’s not supposed to)  Sleeps the whole night with no problems  Is very laid back most of the day, but occasionally gets bored if you’re just sitting around all day  Wants to (and will) climb in your lap for snuggles and playtime  Asks for belly rubs and this typically turns into her pawing at you to play and licking you; this can also include being “mouthy”  Gives kisses  Likes to sleep on the couch (we put sheets or blankets on the couch to protect it from her occasional drips of blood and she didn’t have any problem with that)  Knows “sit” and “shake”, didn’t try anything else  Does not appear to know what toys are  Likes tuna (it’s how I got her in my car)  Has clearly been in a house before (she tried getting some human food from us during dinner, but she quickly gave up and returned to her dinner; was completely comfortable being in our house)  Gets in the car easily (sometimes you have to show her that’s what you want by getting into the car first)  Needs leash training  Her tail is a lethal weapon for your shins and it can clear off your coffee table!   Knows how to back out of her collar when the leash is pulled tight (may have been on a chain/tie-out); based on prior experience, we recommend getting a Martingale collar to prevent having her get loose like this while she’s out on her leash  Very sociable toward people - she interacted with a few dozen people while she was with us and didn’t have a problem with any of them. If you pet her or give her food/a treat, you’re best friends for life. However, sometimes she gets a little too sociable and she tries to climb on you/your chest when you’re sitting on the ground with her Friendly with other dogs show less
