About Hope

Adoption Fee: $85

Adorable little Hope was found with multiple wounds down the left side of her body and tail and has part of her left ear missing.  Due to the pattern of her wounds, we think maybe she was hiding in an engine and injured when the vehicle was started.  Amazingly, her wounds were already healing when she was found, she is such a survivor! She is all healed up now and ready to find her forever home. Hope is so sweet and loves attention.  She is very playful and loves watching birds and falling leaves out the window. She is great with other cats and would love to have another kitten to play with in her new home. Come out and meet this special little girl, you won't be disapointed!

Our adoption fee includes spay/neuter, Feline Leukemia testing, age appropriate vaccines (Combo, Feline Leukemia & Rabies), deworming, flea/tick prevention and a mircrochip with lifetime registration.

Poor sweet Buddy... Trying to survive on the streets for years, being beat up by other cats, having stones thrown at him, and being hit with a broom. Life had been far from easy for this sweet guy.  Thankfully, those days came to an end when a kind lady, who witnessed his plight, contacted Eden Animal Haven to take him. It turned out that Buddy is FIV+ and has mouth issues that required the extraction of some teeth. The emotional trauma was hard for Buddy to overcome, but you could tell that he wanted to trust people again.  It took him a month to gain the courage to venture out of the safety of his crate.  He is now fully integrated into a home environment, getting lots of love, attention, and belly rubs.  Buddy is very laid back and gets along well with dogs and other cats.   We are looking for an adoptive family that will show Buddy the love and care that he deserves, and will promise him that his days of terror and suffering on the streets are over!  Buddy's adoption fee has recently been reduced since he has been waiting for an adoptive family for a long time.  Could you be the one he has been waiting for? ❤ Our adoption fee includes spay/neuter, Feline Leukemia testing, age appropriate vaccines (Combo, Feline Leukemia & Rabies), deworming, flea/tick prevention and a mircrochip with lifetime registration. show less

Carolyn was born to a feral mother near St. Louis, but when her caregivers found out the area she was living in would soon be under construction for a new building, they knew they had to act fast.  When she was only a few months old, Carolyn was trapped and brought to safety, but due to limited release options for feral cats, Carolyn spent 2 years living in a large cage.  Her caretaker knew she deserved better and found Eden Animal Haven for Carolyn to live out her life.  After much patience and love, Carolyn has now come out of her shell and has learned that she can trust people.  She does tend to be a bit shy at first, but would adapt well to a quiet home environment.  Carolyn is a very gentle and petite little girl who loves pets and chin scratches.  She gets along very well with other cats and laid-back dogs.  Carolyn would love to find a family who will be patient since it takes a while for her to feel safe.  In return, Carolyn will show you just how rewarding it can be to offer a forever home to a cat who never had one.  Carolyn's adoption fee has recently been reduced since she has been waiting for an adoptive family for a long time.  Could you be the loving family that can give that to this sweet girl? Our adoption fee includes spay/neuter, Feline Leukemia testing, age appropriate vaccines (Combo, Feline Leukemia & Rabies), deworming, flea/tick prevention and a mircrochip with lifetime registration. show less

My name is Lonnie and I am a sweet and playful guy!  I was born into a home situation in which there were too many cats for the people to take care of.  They had little money and very often we went hungry.  Most of my siblings didn't make it, but I was lucky enough to be brought to Eden Animal Haven in 2016.  I was adopted shortly after that, but found myself back at Eden Animal Haven 9 months later after my family moved and couldn't take me.  Despite my rough beginning and losing my adoptive family, I am very affectionate and loving, but I need a little time to feel safe in new situations.  I am quite the playful guy, and can be a bit on the mischievous side.  One of my favorite positions is lying flat on the floor with my legs stretched out behind me.  I also have a way of making an usual squeak meow to get your attention!  I would love to find a home in which I have other feline companions to play with.  I would especially enjoy being adopted with my friend, Solomon.  My adoption fee is being sponsored by a kind donor who is unable to adopt me, but wants so much for me to find a loving family.  Could you be the family for me? Our adoption fee includes spay/neuter, Feline Leukemia testing, age appropriate vaccines (Combo, Feline Leukemia & Rabies), deworming, flea/tick prevention and a mircrochip with lifetime registration. show less

My name is Penelope, but I am also known as Neli.  My original family decided they didn't want me any more after living a good life indoors.  Soon I found myself outside, alone, very scared and hungry.  It took a while until I let someone rescue me because I didn't know who to trust.  By that time, I was thin, flea-infested, and pretty beat up by other cats.  A kind woman took me in and has nursed me back to health.  I have even regained my plump belly!  I have learned to trust people again and find that my favorite place is curled up on a warm lap.  Although I love affection, I am also quite a playful and spunky girl!  I would love to be someone's spoiled only-pet, but would also do well with 1-2 other animals.  Too many animals makes me a bit nervous since I was picked on quite a bit outdoors.  I would really prefer being an indoor-only cat where I can live out my years being safe from all the scary things that tried to hurt me.  My adoption fee has recently been reduced since I have been waiting for an adoptive family for a long time.  Could you be that special person or family for me? Our adoption fee includes spay/neuter, Feline Leukemia testing, age appropriate vaccines (Combo, Feline Leukemia & Rabies), deworming, flea/tick prevention and a mircrochip with lifetime registration.   show less
