Looking for a talker? Check. Looking for a sweetie who raises up on his hind legs to vigorously bonk your hand? Check. Looking for a super playful boy? Check. Looking for a gentle purr machine? Check. Want a kitty who kisses? Check. If you’re looking for personality plus, Cosmo is your boy. He is a DSH ginger & white male, born approximately August 2019, and he has overcome a scary start in life as an outside kitty, who had no idea yet that humans can be wonderful. He’s figured it out now, and comes running to his foster Mom for affection, chirping a happy greeting. He has impressively large feet, complete with white boots, and a luxuriously long tail and a very soft coat. He carries his toy mice around proudly, chirping at them continuously, and when he’s done playing, he looks for affection and a tummy rub. He becomes enraptured with attention, and will flex his toes open wide with joy, and gently grab your hand to give you kisses.  He is being fostered in a home with other cats (consider adopting him with his buddy Neptune for an instant feline family!), and he loves making friends with them. Gentle with respectful children, but has had limited exposure to them thus far due to the COVID situation.  Cosmo is the complete package, waiting to make a forever family very happy. Cosmo is neutered, up to date on his vaccinations and tested negative for FIV/FELV. To learn more about Cosmo, please contact Heather at cat-coordinator@paw-rescue.org   During this time of social distancing, we are not holding in-person adoption events or meet and greets. Instead, we can arrange for a virtual Facetime or Zoom meeting where you can see the cat live on video in their foster home. Should you then decide to move forward with adoption, we will be happy to honor a 2 week trial period before the adoption is final.  show less
