This is a form for dog that isn’t yet available but will be soon OR just an app to file as you look for a new furry friend.  All dogs are fixed, vaccinated, and adoption includes being microchipped, current on flea/tick prevention meds and has been dewormed. They come with a collar, 2 free vet exams, a bag of grain free dog food, and a private training session with certified trainer, and more! We accept Cash and Debit/Credit Cards. There is a 2.5% fee if using a card at the time of adoption.  If interested in meeting this dog, please email: adopt@luckypawssite.org to request an application or come down to our public adoption event this Saturday 12:30-4pm at Petsmart in Eugene (2847 Chad drive) in the back of the store. It will take you to an online app, if you are not contacted prior to the event, you must print and bring a copy of your app with you as we do not have computer access at our public events. You will get an email indicating your app was submitted, on that email there will be a PDF version of it attached that can be printed. Meet our litter of 2-3 month old Husky/Pit mix pups. They came to us from rescue partners down in Trinity Ca, the owner surrendered them to their rescue and they transferred them to us where pups get adopted much faster. There is 6 females, 3 males. All are very sweet, outgoing, social and eager to please. They are at the perfect age to learn about cats and other dogs. They would do great in active families, but no apartments please. If you are looking for a large breed active, happy, mix, then look no further. We've had litters of this mix before and the pups turn out wonderfully! These 3 females came to us from San Jose shelter, both parents were surrendered with pups and went to rescue. When the pups didnt get adopted they were transferred to us.
